Kiriya Kujo is a medical examiner who often acts calm and relaxed in Kamen Rider Ex-Aid. He has a sharp mind but also a cunning and manipulative nature. Despite this, he still shows a kind side to others.

1. Bike Gamer Level 1
Bike Gamer Level 1 is the first form accessed by Kamen Rider Lazer using the Bakusou Bike Gashat. This form has the power to destroy and extract the Bugster virus that infects humans.
In this form, Lazer can spin rapidly to perform special attacks. He can also use his finishing attack, the Bakusou Critical Strike, which is a kick coated in purple energy.
2. Bike Gamer Level 2
After pulling the lever on the Gamer Driver, Kamen Rider Lazer can transform into his Bike Gamer Level 2 form. Unlike his counterparts, Lazer's Level 2 form isn't humanoid. Instead, he takes the form of a motorcycle.
In this form, Lazer can control himself without the assistance of another Rider. However, his power is greatly enhanced when ridden by another Rider, such as Kamen Rider Ex-Aid.
3. Chambara Bike Gamer Level 3
Lazer only enters Rider form after using the Giri Giri Chambara Gashat. His appearance is very cool and cute. He also possesses superior fighting abilities compared to his previous two forms.
Lazer typically uses this form when fighting alone without the assistance of another Rider. He also has two finishing attacks: the Arrow, which is a shot of energy arrows, and the Sickle, which is a double slash.
4. Hunter Bike Gamer Level 5 (Dragon Claw)
Drago Knight Z is a very powerful and difficult-to-control Gashat. If this Gashat is used alone, the user will lose control and suffer significant damage.
The only way to use this Gashat is to divide its power into four. Kamen Rider Lazer also gains an additional claw weapon. He can also perform combination attacks with other Riders.
5. Bike Gamer Level 0
After being revived as a Bugster, Kiriya becomes stronger and gains the new power to transform into Kamen Rider Lazer Turbo. He can access it by utilizing the new Bakusou Bike Gashat.
Bike Gamer Level 0 has abilities similar to Genm Level 0. He can negate the Bugster virus. He can also use the Sparrow Gashacon in combat.
6. Proto Sports Bike Gamer Level 0
As the name suggests, this form is accessed by Lazer Turbo by using the Proto Shakariki Sports Gashat in conjunction with the Bakusou Bike Gashat. In this form, Lazer Turbo's power is balanced in various aspects.
Lazer is also capable of two finishing attacks: the Shakariki Critical Strike and the Bakusou Critical Strike. Both attacks have impressive destructive power.
7. Proto Combat Bike Gamer Level 0
By combining the Proto Jet Combat Gashat and the Bakusou Bike Gashat, Lazer Turbo can access a new form called Proto Combat Bike Gamer Level 0. In this form, he appears to have formidable armor.
The power of Lazer Turbo's punches and kicks increases significantly. He can also fly through the air and fire from a machine gun. He has a powerful finisher called Jet Critical Strike.
8. Level X
Level X is the final form of Kamen Rider Lazer Turbo, accessed by using the Giri Giri Chambara Gashat and Buggle Driver II. This form appears exclusively in the Kamen Rider Ex-Aid Trilogy: Another Ending: Kamen Rider Genm vs. Lazer story.
Although his armor looks similar to Chambara Bike Gamer Level 3, Lazer Turbo's power increases significantly. In this form, Lazer's power is proven to be comparable to Kamen Rider Genm, Para-DX Level 99, and Brave Level 100.
