1. Ace Form
Ace Form is the primary form used by Kamen Rider Garren in combat. This transformation allows the user to fuse with the DNA of a Stag Undead.
Ace Form is considered the weakest of the forms. Despite this, Garren is highly skilled with his pistol. He can dominate long-range combat and avoid direct confrontations.
2. Jack Form
After receiving a special device called the Rouse Absorber and Category Jack Fusion Rouse Card, Kamen Rider Garren can transform into Jack Form. His armor then turns golden.
Garren also has a pair of wings on his back that allow him to fly through the air. Furthermore, Garren's fighting abilities have also significantly improved, making his attacks even more devastating.
3. King Form
In Kamen Rider Outsiders, Kamen Rider Garren reappears and becomes involved in a conflict with other Riders. Interestingly, he eventually acquires a powerful new form, King Form.
Garren's armor remains gold, but it appears more robust. His pistol has also undergone changes, both in terms of design and the scale of its attacks, which have become more destructive.
