10 Weakest Kamen Riders of the Heisei Period, Ranked

In Kamen Rider series of the Heisei Period, there are many powerful riders who are determined to fight monsters or achieve their goals. However, not all riders who appear possess talented strength or skills in battle.

Some of the following riders actually show their weaknesses, making them easily defeated in battle. For more details, let's take a look at the 10 weakest riders below!

10. Kamen Rider Lazer

Kiriya Kujo is one of the genius doctors in the Kamen Rider Ex-Aid story. He can also transform into Kamen Rider Lazer after receiving the Gamer Driver and Bakusou Bike Gashat. What's unique about Lazer is that he can transform into a rideable motorcycle.

In terms of intelligence, Kiriya deserves praise, as he helped CR and Kuroto create antibodies for the Gemedeus virus. However, he is quite weak as a rider and his strength is far inferior to the other riders. As proof, he was easily defeated by Genm and presumed dead in battle.

9. Kamen Rider Delta

The Delta Gear's power essentially depends on its user. However, the Delta Gear's power is less than optimal when used by Shuji Mihara. He has a timid and pessimistic nature, preventing him from fighting at full strength.

Clearly, Shuji is a complete amateur, making him the weakest of the three main riders in Faiz's story. Shuji often acts without a plan and attacks recklessly. However, the Delta Gear's powerful power protected him during the fight against Orpnoch.

8. Kamen Rider Punch Hopper

Shun Kageyama is a former ZECT member who used to be a TheBee user. However, his performance on the team was poor, and he often failed missions. Because of this, he was eventually outcast and lived on the streets with So Yaguruma.

He later gained the power to transform into Kamen Rider Punch Hopper. As a rider, Shun's strength is still inferior to the other riders in Kabuto, who are far stronger than him. Ironically, Shun ultimately dies at the end of the story after wearing the necklace that transformed him into a Worm.

7. Kamen Rider Verde

Kamen Rider Verde is an exclusive rider who only appears in Kamen Rider Ryuki Special: 13 Riders movie. The man who became Verde is a renowned businessman  Itsuro Takimazawa, who heads the Takimazawa Group. He is interested in battles between riders because he desires greater power.

However, Itsuro is actually quite weak as Verde and likes to use dirty tricks to attack his opponents. He is a coward who attacks when his opponents are off guard. Furthermore, his Final Vent attack is not as devastating as those of other riders.

6. Kamen Rider Scissor

Like Verde, Kamen Rider Scissor is also a very weak rider. The person behind this rider is a cunning detective named Masashi Sudo, who once murdered someone. He also sacrificed the victim to his contract monster to cover up the murder.

Kamen Rider Scissor is the first rider to die in the story. In fact, this Kamen Rider seemed quite powerful and could have been explored further. However, his appearance was brief as he was killed by his monster after his Deck was destroyed by Kamen Rider Knight.

5. Kamen Rider Birth Proto Type

Shintaro Goto is one of Kagami's subordinates who is obsessed with becoming a Rider. He has a strong determination to defeat the Greeds and Yummys. However, his role throughout the story is limited to support, as he is not a strong fighter.

Goto briefly transforms into Kamen Rider Birth Proto Type when the main Birth is severely damaged in the final battle against Kazari. He temporarily replaces Akira as Birth. One thing is clear, Goto's power is still inferior to Akira's.

4. Kamen Rider Mage

In the original Kamen Rider Wizard series, there are three individuals who can transform into Kamen Rider Mage. They are those who have successfully suppressed the awakening of Phantom within themselves. Their appearances are similar, with only the color of their gems being the difference.

In combat, these three are not as powerful as Kamen Rider Wizard or Beast. However, they all helped Wizard fight Phantom and stop Gremlin's evil plans. Furthermore, they also have a strong determination that deserves praise.

3. Kamen Rider Kurokage

Hase is the leader of the Wild Raid team and usually partners with Jonouchi. He can transform into Kamen Rider Kurokage using the Sengoku Driver and Matsubokkuri Lockseed. He is quite skilled in combat as a rider.

Unfortunately, Hase has a hot temper and likes to challenge anyone he faces. Because of this, he once challenged Kamen Rider Zangetsu, who was much stronger than him. Zangetsu obviously won the fight, and Hase lost his powers due to the destruction of his Lockseed.

2. Kamen Rider Gridon

Hideyasu Jonouchi is the leader of the Invetto team, which competed with Baron and Gaim's groups. He uses the Sengoku Driver and Donguri Lockseed to transform into Kamen Rider Gridon. He also often acts alongside Hase early in the story.

Although Jonouchi appears intelligent and tactical, he actually lacks any fighting skills. He can be easily defeated by Kamen Rider Ryugen or Kamen Rider Bravo. Gradually, he began to show his cowardly side. He often avoided battle because he was afraid of fighting other riders.

1. Kamen Rider Dark Necrom Pink

The weakest Kamen Rider on this list is Kamen Rider Necrom P, who appears in the Kamen Rider Ghost storyline. The person who become Dark Necrom Pink is Alia, the older sister of Adel and Alain. She has a gentle nature and barely possesses any combat-related skills.

However, Alia has good intentions and is determined to stop her brother's evil plans. Because of this, she transforms into Kamen Rider Dark Necrom Pink. Unfortunately, the power difference between her and Adel and Gammaizer is too great. She is defeated quickly, and Alia's Gamma body is destroyed in the fight.
