Kumon Kaito, also known as Kamen Rider Baron, is one of the Riders who plays a crucial role in the story. He forms a fierce rivalry with Kamen Rider Gaim, often engaging in intense battles.

1. Banana Arms
Banana Arms is Kamen Rider Baron's primary form, inspired by the banana fruit. Kaito can access this form using the Banana Lockseed and Sengoku Driver. This form is what Baron typically uses in battle.
While in this form, Baron wields a spear called the Banana Spear. He excels offensively. He is also capable of two exciting finishing attacks: Cavaliend and Spear Victory.
2. Mango Arms
Kamen Rider Baron's second form is Mango Arms. This form looks very cool, with characteristics similar to a manga fruit. Baron can access this form using the Mango Lockseed and Sengoku Driver.
In this form, Baron is equipped with an interesting weapon called the Mango Punisher. He can also unleash powerful punches. He also possesses a highly varied finishing technique called the Punish Mash.
3. Suika Arms
Suika Arms is essentially Kamen Rider Gaim's main form, a watermelon-based mecha. However, Baron can also use this form after he gains access to the Suika Lockseed.
In addition to gaining powerful armor, Baron can wield a spear similar to the Banana Spear. He can also access three modes in combat: Yoroi Mode, Oodama Mode, and Gyro Mode.
4. Ringo Arms
Similar to the previous case, Ringo Arms is Kamen Rider Idunn's main form. Baron can use this form after gaining access to the Forbidden Ringo Lockseed. Furthermore, this form appears exclusively in Gaim Gaiden: Kamen Rider Baron.
After entering this form, Baron gains access to Kamen Rider Idunn's two main weapons: the Sword Bringer and the Apple Reflecter. He can also unleash a striking kick enveloped in a red apple-like energy.
5. Ichigo Arms
Like Suika Arms, Ichigo Arms is a form Gaim typically uses in battle. This form is inspired by strawberries and features ninja-themed armor.
Baron briefly accessed this form in Kamen Rider Gaim Hyper Battle DVD: Fresh Orange Arms is Born!. However, he felt the red color of this form didn't suit him.
6. Melon Arms
Besides accessing Ichigo Arms, Baron also briefly tested the power of Melon Arms in Hyper Battle DVD. When using this form, he looked very similar to Kamen Rider Zangetsu.
However, Baron felt that this form didn't suit his fighting style. He claimed that he didn't need a giant shield for protection; he simply needed to attack his enemies in battle.
7. Kiwi Arms
In the original series, Kiwi Arms was usually accessed by Kamen Rider Ryugen. However, Baron showcased this form in Hyper Battle DVD. He felt this form wasn't so bad, so he decided to try it out in battle.
When activating this form, Baron is equipped with a pair of weapons called Kiwi Gekirin. He can throw them at his enemies with full force. If you think about it, this form makes Kamen Rider Baron look even cooler.
8. Lemon Energy Arms
Lemon Energy Arms is essentially Kamen Rider Duke's primary form. However, Baron gained access to this power after acquiring the Genesis Driver and Lemon Energy Lockseed.
This form can be considered Kamen Rider Baron's super form. He is equipped with a weapon called the Sonic Arrow. He is also capable of unleashing a variety of much more powerful finishers, such as the Sonic Volley and Banana Charge.
9. Lord Baron
After being infected by Redyue's attack and consuming the Helheim Fruit, Kaito transforms into an Over Lord known as Lord Baron. This form can be considered Baron's final form, on par with Gaim's Kiwami Arms.
After transforming into Lord Baron, Kaito gains access to immense power and commands the Inves monsters. He also wields a powerful sword called Guronbaryamu.
