Kamen Rider Gaim is a fifteenth Kamen Rider series in Heisei Period with a unique concept that combines fruits and samurai. The story of this Kamen Rider centers on Kazuraba Kouta, who accidentally transforms into Kamen Rider Gaim.

1. Orange Arms
Orange Arms is the default form of Kamen Rider Gaim, accessed through the Orange Lockseed. In this form, Gaim is equipped with the Orange Armor Part and wields a sword called the Daidamaru, which resembles an orange.
This form can be considered a balanced form of Kamen Rider Gaim in terms of strength and defense. Therefore, Gaim often uses this form in battle. Orange Arms has several finishers, such as the Burai Kick and Daidai Ittou techniques.
2. Pine Arms
Kamen Rider Gaim's second form is Pine Arms, which is accessed through the Pine Lockseed. When using this form, Gaim wears the Pine Armor Part and a Pine Iron weapon inspired by a pineapple.
Pine Arms is stronger than Orange Arms in terms of punches. Furthermore, Pine Arms' armor is also very strong. In this form, Gaim can unleash two finishing attacks: Iron Breaker and Pine Musou Zan.
3. Ichigo Arms
Ichigo Arms is a form of Kamen Rider Gaim inspired by a strawberry and accessible through the Ichigo Lockseed. In this form, Gaim uses the Ichigo Armor Part and a weapon called the Ichigo Kunai.
Although Ichigo Arms' punching power is weaker than the previous two forms, Ichigo Arms has advantages in speed and jumping. This form has a finishing attack called the Kunai Burst.
4. Suika Arms
Unlike other forms, Suika Arms is a very unique form of Kamen Rider Gaim that resembles a mecha, or robot. Gaim accesses this form using the Suika Lockseed.
In this form, Gaim uses a large Suika Armor Part and is equipped with a special weapon called the Suika Sojinto. Furthermore, Suika Arms has three modes: Yoroi Mode, Oodama Mode, and Gyro Mode. The finishing technique of this form is Twin Bladed Slice.
5. Banana Arms
Banana Arms is essentially Kamen Rider Baron's primary form, inspired by a banana. However, Gaim can use this form by utilizing the Banana Lockseed. In this form, Gaim is equipped with the Banana Armor Part and the Bana Spear.
Like Pine Arms, Banana Arms' punches are significantly increased. Furthermore, Gaim's other abilities remain the same in combat. Banana Arms has finishers called Gaim Banana Bullet and Spear Victory.
6. Donguri Arms
This form is used by Gaim exclusively in the story of Kamen Rider Gaim: Great Soccer Battle! Golden Fruits Cup!. Gaim obtains this form after accessing the Donguri Lockseed.
In this form, Gaim is equipped with the Donguri Armor Part and wields a weapon called Donkachi. Gaim uses this form against Kamen Rider Mars in their first battle.
7. Durian Arms
Like Donguri Arms, Durian Arms also appears exclusively in the Great Soccer Battle! Golden Fruits Cup! movie storyline. Durian Arms is Kamen Rider Bravo's primary form, but Gaim can use this form using the Durian Lockseed.
In this form, Gaim is equipped with the Duiran Armor Part and a spiked weapon called the Duri Noko. Gaim uses this form to fight Kamen Rider Mars in a fierce battle.
8. Jimber Lemon Arms
Jimber Arms is an upgraded version of Orange Arms, accessed by Gaim using the Genesis Driver and Energy Lockseed. Gaim also possesses a special weapon called the Sonic Arrow.
Jimber Lemon Arms is Gaim's first upgraded form, using both the Orange Lockseed and the Lemon Energy Lockseed simultaneously. Gaim's power increases drastically in this form, allowing him to unleash several finishing attacks.
9. Jimber Cherry Arms
Jimber Cherry Arms is the second form of Jimber Arms, accessed by Gaim by utilizing the Orange Lockseed along with the Cherry Energy Lockseed. In this form, Kamen Rider Gaim's speed increases drastically.
With this speed, Gaim is able to unleash attacks that are difficult for opponents to predict. If Gaim's opponent is too strong for him to handle, he can use this form to escape their pursuit.
10. Jimber Peach Arms
Using the Orange Lockseed and Peach Energy Lockseed, Gaim can transform into Jimber Peach Arms. In this form, Gaim possesses superhuman hearing, allowing him to hear anything from a great distance.
Gaim typically uses this form not for combat, but rather to detect enemy presence. While this ability is very interesting, Gaim cannot hear very high-pitched sound waves.
11. Kachidoki Arms
Kachidoki Arms is Kamen Rider Gaim's super form and the evolved form of Orange Arms. To transform into this form, Gaim requires the power of the Kachidoki Lockseed. In this form, Gaim wields an interesting weapon called the Hinawadaidai-DJ-Ju.
With this weapon, Gaim can unleash powerful attacks with DJ-like soundtracks. Furthermore, the Kachidoki Arms are equipped with a pair of flagsticks called the Kachidoki Bata, which can also be used in battle. Interestingly, the Kachidoki Arms have two main finishers: the Kachidoki Charge and the Hinawa Daidai Musou Zan.
12. Kiwami Arms
Kiwami Arms is Kamen Rider Gaim's final form, possessing the power of all the Lockseeds Gaim has previously used. To transform into this form, Gaim must use the Kachidoki Lockseed and the Kiwami Lockseed, then activate their powers with the Senyo Joint.
In addition to possessing immense power, the Kiwami Arms can wield various weapons in battle. This form is uniquely connected to the Overlord power within Kouta.
