In the story of Kamen Rider, there are many impressive forms with specific powers that a Rider can access. However, not all of these forms can be used in combat, as some are still incomplete.

1. Growing Form (Kamen Rider Kuuga)
Growing Form is the form Godai first accesses when he transforms into Kamen Rider Kuuga. In this form, Kuuga has white armor and is very weak.
To fully engage in combat, Kuuga must transform into the red Mighty Form. However, Kuuga will revert to Growing Form if he runs out of energy or is weakened by enemy attacks.
2. Blank Form (Kamen Rider Ryuki)
Before forming a contract with Dragredder, Shinji Kidou, also known as Ryuki, first enters the black Blank Form. This form is extremely weak and unusable in combat.
Despite having formed a contract with Dragredder, Ryuki briefly transformed into that form when his contract card was stolen by Kamen Rider Gai. Furthermore, Kamen Rider Ouja also briefly entered Blank Form after being defeated by Kamen Rider Ryuga.
3. Masked Form (Kamen Rider Kabuto)
Masked Form is the first form that Kabuto and the other Riders access when they first transform. While this form is quite weak offensively, it boasts extremely powerful defensive armor.
Because of this, all of Kabuto's Riders rarely use this form in direct combat. They need to activate Cast Off to remove the armor and access their main form.
4. Plat Form (Kamen Rider Den-O)
Plat Form is the base form possessed by Kamen Riders Den-O and Zeronos. This form only appears briefly during the initial stages of their transformation or when they are about to change armor.
This form has no special powers and is so weak that it is unsuitable for combat. In order to fight, they must borrow the power of the Imagin they have contracted with.
5. Transient (Kamen Rider Ghost)
Transient is a pre-form typically accessed by Ghost and other Riders when they first perform a henshin. Transient functions as a transition from one form to another, called Damashii.
Like other pre-forms, Transient is very weak and unsuitable for combat. Riders must use Eyecons with specific powers, such as the Musashi or Edison Ghost Eyecons.
6. Level 1 (Kamen Rider Ex-Aid)
When first transforming, Kamen Rider Ex-Aid and other Riders will first enter Level 1. The Level 1 form is very unique and cute. Furthermore, this form has the power to extract the Bugster virus that infects a person's body.
However, Level 1 can only be fully utilized when the Bugster they are fighting has been weakened. To weaken the Bugsters, Riders must transform to Level 2 or a stronger Level using certain Gashats.
7. Entry Form (Kamen Rider Geats)
To start, there's Entry Form, which is the base form of Kamen Rider Geats and the DGP participants. This form is accessed by Geats using the Desire Driver and an item called the Core ID.
In terms of abilities, this form is certainly weak and less reliable in combat. Riders can use Buckles to enhance their combat abilities. For example, Geats can use the Magnum Buckle or the Boosts Buckle.
