1. Puzzle Gamer Level 50
The first form of Kamen Rider Para-DX is Puzzle Gamer Level 50, which is activated by by turning the Gashat Gear Dual to the Perfect Puzzle side. As the name suggests, this form is based on a puzzle game.
In this form, Kamen Rider Para-DX has a unique fighting style. He can manipulate Energy Items, granting him special effects or moves to attack opponents. He also possesses a finishing attack called the Perfect Critical Combo.
2. Fighter Gamer Level 50
By turning the Gashat Gear Dual to the Fighter Gamer side, Kamen Rider Para-DX can transform into Fighter Gamer Level 50. Because this form is based on fighting games, Para-DX has an advantage in close-range combat.
Para-DX is also equipped with a weapon called the Materialize Smasher. When he is overcome with rage, his attack power increases significantly. The finishing technique of this form is the Knock Out Critical Smash.
3. Perfect Knock Out Gamer Level 99
Perfect Knock Out Gamer Level 99 is the final and strongest form of Kamen Rider Para-DX. This form is accessed by Parado by combining Gashat Gear Dual with the Gamer Driver.
You could say that Perfect Knock Out Gamer Level 99 is a mix of the two previous forms. His ability stats increase drastically. Furthermore, he has a balance between offense and defense.
Perfect Knock Out Gamer Level 99 also has a special weapon called the Gashacun Parabragun. Additionally, this form has several finishing technique variations, such as the Perfect Critical Combo and the Perfect Knock Out Critical Bomber.
4. Double Fighter Gamer Level 39
Kamen Rider Para-DX has another interesting form, Double Fighter Gamer Level 39. This form only appears in Kamen Rider Ex-Aid story "Tricks": Kamen Rider Para-DX. Although its design is identical to Fighter Gamer Level 50, the form has different mechanics.
The workings of Double Fighter Gamer Level 39 are similar to Mighty Brothers XX, which Parado and Emu access simultaneously. They both access this form through the Knock Out Fighter 2 Gashat.
