1. Demaro Black
Demaro Black was essentially a weak pirate who was very easy to defeat. However, he possessed incredible courage, daring to impersonate Luffy without considering the consequences.
Not only that, Demaro Black also managed to attract the attention of and recruit dangerous rookies, such as Caribou and Albion. His evil plan was finally uncovered after he met Sentomaru and the real Luffy on Sabaody Island.
2. Manjaro
Manjaro is a subordinate of Demaro Black who impersonates Zoro. He has green hair and wears earrings like Zoro. He also carries three swords to enhance his act.
In terms of style, Manjaro does resemble Zoro. However, his physique is the complete opposite of Zoro's. He appears very fat with a bloated stomach. Furthermore, he is also very cowardly.
3. Chocolat
The next member of Demaro Black is Chocholat, who impersonates Nami. She has orange hair similar to Nami's. Furthermore, she wears a polka-dot outfit that is quite identical to Nami's.
However, Chocolat still can't be compared to Nami. This isn't meant as body shaming; the fact is, she has an average face and a bloated, fatty stomach.
4. Mountblutain
Imitating Usopp, also known as Soge King, probably isn't too difficult for Mountblutain. He simply wears a mask resembling Soge King. He also wears a hero-like cape.
Physically, Mountblain is depicted as a fat man with curly hair. He's also seen carrying a gun and a bazooka. However, his marksmanship is poor and pales in comparison to Soge King.
5. Drip
Admittedly, Drip is quite good at impersonating Sanji. He's tall and neatly dressed. Furthermore, his hairstyle perfectly matches Sanji's portrait in the poster.
Unlike the real Zoro and Sanji, Drip is very close to Manjaro, aka the fake Zoro. The two of them even managed to fool Chopper, who was completely surprised. Furthermore, Drip has a silly and fearful nature.
6. Nora Gitsune
Many assume that Chopper is simply the Straw Hat Pirates' pet. Seeing this information, Demaro Black created a fake version of Chopper using a fox named Nora Gitsune.
Gitsune is dressed in such a way that he resembles Chopper quite closely. However, he has a somewhat aggressive nature. This is demonstrated when he bites the fake Robin with his sharp teeth.
7. Cocoa
Unlike the real Robin, Cocoa has a short stature and a rather mousy face. However, she wears a hairstyle and outfit that closely resembles Robin's.
Surprisingly, Cocoa was able to fool a group of men in black with her appearance. They thought Cocoa was the real Robin, so they kidnapped her. After being kidnapped, we don't know what happened to her.
8. Turco
The last member recruited by Demaro Black was Turco, also known as the fake Franky. He wears sunglasses and beachwear identical to Franky's. Furthermore, his hairstyle is very similar to Franky's.
From the outside, Turco does appear somewhat intimidating compared to the other members of Demaro Black. However, he is actually just a normal, cowardly man. After his cover was blown, he begged Caribou for mercy.
