YuYu Hakusho is a classic shounen manga and anime series written by Yoshirihiro Togashi, the author of Hunter x Hunter. The series focuses on the journey of Yusuke Urameshi, who must battle the yokai, or evil demons, who threaten the human world.

1. Spirit Detective (Episodes 1-25)
This saga focuses on Yusuke Urameshi's early journey as a spirit detective. He is said to have died after being hit by a car while saving a small child. He then receives a chance to live again by completing a test given by Koenma.
After being revived, Yusuke is given the important task of being a spirit detective. He must protect the human world from the threat of demons from another world. In carrying out his duties, he is accompanied by valuable allies such as Botan, Kuwabara, Kurama, and Hiei.
2. Dark Tournament Saga (Episodes 26-66)
Many consider the Dark Tournament to be the best and most exciting saga in the YuYu Hakusho series. Yusuke and his friends participate in a dangerous tournament against powerful teams from the demon world.
Their main opponent in the tournament is Team Toguro. They are no ordinary team, possessing above-average strength. They are capable of destroying their enemies in the blink of an eye.
Yusuke and his team must fight hard to defeat them. Their battles are truly epic, especially when Yusuke uses all his energy to defeat Toguro.
3. Chapter Black (Episodes 67-94)
After the dark tournament ends, Yusuke and his friends experience a period of peace. However, a new threat emerges when a man named Shinobu Sensui attempts to open a hole connecting the demon world and the human world.
Like Yusuke, Sensui was a dedicated spirit detective in the past. However, he changed drastically after witnessing the dark side of humanity, which was more evil than demons. He became obsessed with destroying humanity.
4. Three Kings (Episodes 95-112)
Three Kings is the concluding saga of the entire YuYu Hakusho story. The saga focuses on the power struggle in the demon world involving three powerful demon kings: Raizen, Mukuro, and Yomi.
Yusuke, who inherits Raizen's blood, is also involved in this conflict. Not only him, but Kurama and Hiei also become involved at the request of Yomi and Mukuro. Interestingly, this power struggle is decided through a tournament initiated by Yusuke.
