Ace Form
Ace Form is the primary form accessed by Kamen Rider Blade in battle. Kenzaki accesses the form using the Blay Buckle and the Change Beetle Rouse Card. This transformation combines the user with the DNA of the Beetle Undead.
Kamen Rider Blade excels in close-range combat. He wields a sword called the Blay Rouzer. He can use sealed Undead cards to unleash specific attacks or finishing techniques.
Jack Form
Jack Form is an upgraded form of Kamen Rider Blade that he can access through an item called Rouse Absorber. Furthermore, he requires a special card, the Category Jack Rouse Card.
When activating this form, Blade's armor appears to turn golden. He also has a cape behind his back that allows him to fly through the air. Furthermore, his fighting abilities are significantly enhanced.
King Form
King Form is Kamen Rider Blade's strongest form. He can transform into this form by inserting the Absorber Capricorn Rouse Card into the Rouse Absorber. Then, he must scan the Evolution Caucasus Rouse Card.
King Form increases Blade's power many times over. However, this form is quite difficult to control and drains Kenzaki's stamina quickly. However, the side effects of continuously using this form eventually made Kenzaki turn into Joker Undead.
