The Magic Parliament is a special organization composed of nobles and royalty. They act as law enforcers against anyone deemed a criminal.
As the leader of the Magic Parliament, Kira typically presides over trials before a jury of nobles. These trials are held in a tower-shaped building called the Magic Parliament Courthouse.
Kira is highly intelligent and able to influence their opinions. He also uses his magic scales to measure and compare the opinions of the jurors. The results of these scales can determine the final outcome of the trial.
Has Had Conflict with Asta and the Black Bull Squad
After sensing the presence of a devil, Damnatio Kira trapped Asta and Secre so he could bring them to justice. The two of them underwent a complicated trial presided over by Kira and the members of the Magic Parliament.
