Immense Spiritual Energy
As a captain, Suí-Fēng possesses immense spiritual energy. She can emit Reiatsu, a golden-yellow spiritual pressure, to intimidate opponents.
Furthermore, Suí-Fēng also possesses excellent Reiatsu control. She can even conceal her spiritual presence, making her undetectable by enemies.
Zanjutsu
In terms of swordsmanship, Suí-Fēng is undoubtedly highly skilled and talented. Suí-Fēng wields her sword with great skill. She also employs a unique and somewhat traditional fighting style.
Furthermore, Suí-Fēng wields her sword like a long dagger. She is also able to combine her sword skills with physical attacks, such as punches and kicks.
Shunpo
One of Suí-Fēng's main strengths is her extreme speed and skill in using Shunpo. She was able to match the speed of Yoruichi Shihōin, her former mentor.
Furthermore, Suí-Fēng has also developed a special technique called Speed Clones. Using her speed, she can create around 15 clones or afterimages that can distract enemies.

Hakuda
Besides excelling in speed, Suí-Fēng has also mastered the basic Hakuda technique, or bare-handed fighting skills. She has been practicing this skill since her time with the Onmitsukidō.
One proof of Hakuda's extraordinary abilities is his ability to face Yoruichi without difficulty. She is capable of unleashing swift attacks and signature techniques, such as Kazaguruma, Takigoi, and Tsurigaki.
Kidō
Although Suí-Fēng tends to rely on speed and physical strength, Suí-Fēng is also skilled in using Kidō. She can even combine Kidō with a bare-handed skill called Shunkō.
When using Shunkō, Suí-Fēng concentrates Kidō energy in her right hand. She can then release this energy in the form of a whirlwind powerful enough to destroy the surrounding area.
Zanpakutō: Suzumebachi
When sealed, Suzumebachi takes the form of a wakizashi with a motif similar to a traditional Chinese dao sword. In its Shikai form, Suzumebachi transforms into a bee-stinging blade attached to Suí-Fēng's middle finger.
Suzumebachi possesses a special ability called Nigeki Kessatsu. This ability is extremely deadly and can kill opponents with a poisonous sting. However, it requires several steps to activate.
First, Sui-Fēng stabs her opponent with the tip of Suzumebachi's stinger. This attack leaves a butterfly-shaped mark on the opponent's body. This mark is called Hōmonka.
If Sui-Fēng stabs the target again at the marked point, the target will be killed instantly. Therefore, Sui-Fēng's Suzumebachi ability is extremely dangerous and deadly.
Bankai: Jakuhō Raikōben
Although Sui-Fēng is capable of activating Bankai, she prefers not to use it in combat because it would hurt her pride as a Covert Ops agent.
Regardless, Sui-Fēng's Bankai is extremely powerful and intriguing. The Bankai takes the form of a missile larger than Suí-Fēng's body. Furthermore, it can be fired from a distance with precision at an opponent.
When it hits a target, the Bankai can produce a massive explosion and inflict severe damage. Suí-Fēng demonstrated this when she and Ushōda teamed up to defeat Baraggan.
